NightLight
NightLight Branson launched in Fall 2012 and addresses the issue of commercial sexual exploitation specifically in the Tri-Lakes area, which includes the cities of Branson, Ozark, and Springfield, Missouri. NightLight Branson addresses exploitation through prevention, intervention, restoration, and education. The prevention team works with at-risk children, breaking the cycles of poverty and single parent homes by building relationships and sharing the love of God. In 2017 NightLight Branson expanded into a statewide ministry and officially changed their name to NightLight Missouri to more fully capture the scope of work being accomplished.

Helping Hand
Helping Hand, located in Kennett, provides emergency food boxes, clothing, housewares, and other items to families in need. Operated by the Ministerial Alliance, the agency depends on volunteers and funding from local churches. May 1 is Helping Hand Day where the organization is being recognized to raise awareness of their needs in order to serve the community

They provide all types of senior and handicapped services throughout a large portion of southeast Missouri. You can get the services you need from a reliable, courteous professional for grocery shopping, bill payments, transportation, respite, and more. |
