By God's grace and love, I am an ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). I grew up with my mom, dad, and brother in Bonner Springs, Kansas, just west of Kansas City, where we attended the First Christian Church. In the summer of 2003, I got married and entered seminary. God has blessed me with a beautiful bride, Julie. She is a constant reminder of just how good God is. A year later, I became the Youth Minister at the First Christian Church of Independence. Gradually my duties expanded to serving folks of all ages: preaching, pastoral care, and teaching.
The First Christian Church of Kennett, Missouri called me to serve as their pastor July 29th, 2007. With this call, God has truly blessed Julie and me. This is an outstanding, loving, Spirit-filled congregation, and we are looking forward to many happy years of service here in Kennett.
